Don't Ever FORGET Your VITAMINS

We all know that taking vitamins is essential for healthy bodies. There are so many vitamins to consider but we will focus on on particular one for this week. Our featured vitamin will be Vitamin E(d-alpha tocopherol) Now it is important to always look for our vitamins scientific name listed because sometimes a product will say it is listed but it may be at the bottom of the list or not included at all.

Vitamin E is a natural sun protectant, it helps fight free radicals in the skin, it helps with anti-aging, it also helps to regulate vitamin A in the skin which is important for the skin, vitamin E is an antioxidant, it helps with scars, skin disorders such as eczema, psoriasis, echinacea, it helps reduce the appearance of stretch marks, sunburns, agespots, and it helps reduce water loss and strengthens the skin.

Overall Vitamin E is great for your body inside and out and it helps with many body functions and organs. However using topical Vitamin E or digesting Vitamin E will increase healthy skin.
