Imbalances

Hello all!

It has been a while but the blog is back into effect! So many individuals are dealing with skin imbalances. Do you ever wonder why your skin looks great one day and the next it looks gray scaled, dry, flaky, uneven, dull, etc? Well our hormones or body imbalances play a major role in how our skin reacts. The Integumentary system (Skin) is the largest organ on our body. What you put into your body shows through your skin. The best way to ensure your skin remains healthy, supple, balanced, and conditioned is to First: maintain a well-balanced diet of natural fruits, vegetables, protein, and dairy; Secondly, maintaining a healthy physical balance, exercising is great for the skin, it helps to release toxins and waste from the body and the skin; Lastly, maintaining a well balance skin care regimen according to your skin type is very important. Using a cleanser, toner(balancer), spf/moisturizer(am), night time moisturizer, exfoliating 2-3 times a week once daily and using a mask once a week am or pm is essential to healthy skin. For more information please feel free to comment or email me. If you are unsure about what to use for your skin or if you have questions about your skin type forward your messages per comment or email.
